Spring Twists, Hips and Core

We are continuing with our spring-time theme. The recipe is twists, hips and core, - I love this combination because a bit of core work always helps to awaken a deeper energy that is then squidged around the body by the twists and hip openers. However I'm sticking with a fairly balanced practice, continuing to ease us all into this wonderful spring time energy, bursting with positivity. It's impossible not to be affected by the promise of better weather, longer days and the world re-awakening all around. It's gives us all such a boost, so lets resolve to flow into our practice this week and find the essence of joy in whatever we're doing, be that Yoga, going for a walk, working, or cleaning your teeth!
