Discover or refresh your knowledge of the basic principles of Yoga.

FLOW

Join a friendly themed class  that flows through a carefully planned sequence of postures to open up space in the body and mind.  are given. Using modifications and progressions Hatha Flow classes are suitable for most levels 

VINYASA

FLOW

Vinyasa simply means "to place in a special way".  In yoga it refers to a dynamic practice using linking elements to create a fairly vigorous, continuous and meditative flow of movement linked to breath. 

PRIVATE LESSONS

You may want to consider a private lesson if you have health issues that prevent you from joining a regular class or to help you work towards something.

Or you may simply prefer the convenience of a privately scheduled class.  I can work with individuals or small groups.
