STUDIO - opening this week: 26 -31st july 21

It's nearly here!  All change!  The studio is finally nearly ready to open after much hard work. Now bigger and better than before - we have more room for keeping an appropriate distance between mats. The equipment is  prepped and ready - the space is clean and free of clutter.  All we need now are people!

As many of you know I am away next week hosting a retreat, after which the studio will open its doors and welcome you in!

It's been a long time coming what with all of the setbacks of Covid, but right now, with restrictions lifting, there's no excuse not  to open!

Of course zoom sessions will continue as so many of you have found them a great way to bring a more regular yoga practice into your lives.  However  I know many of you are longing for in person classes.  A chance to share a calm, beautiful  space with other like-minded Yogis.

This is an inspiring space oasis of calm in your  everyday life.  The studio itself is as free from clutter as possible - no stacks of precarious chairs and tables around the edges.   Its' a barefoot space meaning you don't have to worry about rolling around in the dirt from people's shoes.  There will be a chance to linger after class and share a cuppa and maybe a piece of cake while getting to know other class members.

It is in a peaceful, quiet spot and  I will slowly be creating a container garden in the yard outside the studio itself as well as plants indoors to help maintain a connection to  nature as we practice.

So look out for a new schedule.  I will be introducing classes for absolute beginners, as well as  a renewed focus on our regular practice, and workshops etc.

Also I will be inviting other well being practitioners such as Pilates, Tai-chi, etc, to host regular classes here so if you know anyone who might be interested please put them in touch.
